Let's be real here for a minute Nameless

That movie should've been entirely about waifus

And it should've been anime

And it should've been a Who Framed Roger Rabbit style movie where Ryan Gosling wanders through a anime waifu world.

Superheroes though.

Apparently Annihilation from the writer director of Ex Machina is good. I hope there's more robot dance parties.

It sounds suspiciously like Spectre, which followed Skyfall, which I heard from reliable sources was a secret bad movie, so no. Does it star Jared Leto?

If this thread can't handle the concept of real and unreal movies they will NOT be able to the handle the concept of secret bad movies, especially when I delve into the very advanced territory of not real secret good movies.

I did rewatch Terrorvision last night. 0% on the Tomatometer, because some people have no sense of humor.

Yes, you should definitely watch Twitxt. I seriously have no actual proof that it exists, Janson could be pulling a fast one on me

Isn't there an anime prequel short film to BR2049?

Indeed, and it's directed by "Mr. Cowboy Bebop" himself, Shinichirō Watanabe:

I never got around to watching it last year, but I've been meaning to anyway, so thanks for reminding me.

I liked 2049 pretty well on the whole, but yeah, pretty much every time Niander was onscreen, he stopped the film dead with his bizarre, pretentious blathering about "angels", while everyone else in the scene just stayed stone silent and let him go on and on. So unnecessarily odd and alienating, which is a tone Villeneuve's pulled off successfully before, so it really was a shame. Not enough to ruin the film as a whole though, and I agree that everything to do with K & Joi made for the best material of the film, and IGN just uploaded this video today abut my favorite scene in the film:

Best MCU movie to date, though  But yeah, Annihilation is currently standing at an average rating of 7.8 at The Other Backstabbing Place, which is more than enough to garner my attention, so I'll probably check it out sometime Monday and write something about it. Apparently, The AV Club said that it lies somewhere inbetween Aliens & Arrival in a mixture of cerebral, hard sci-fi and pulpier thrills, so that alone piques my interest. And I watched Ex Machina yesterday in preparation, and thought it was pretty good, but a couple of undercooked elements prevented it from being great, but that was indeed some sweet-ass robot dancing indeed:

Same with Duncan Dones new movie, Mute, available now on The Netflix

I might have to double feature that and The Cloverfield Paradox before my month runs out
