Last I heard David Milch had joined on for TDS3 so he might be helping out with the writing.

If I recall, it was a pretty stupid sounding conversation. Baby Driver has more in common with old school car chase films than Drive, anyways.

Drive reminded me way more of Thief, with some of The Driver (1978) thrown in.

It was waaaaaaaaaaaay more Thief than DRIVE, agreed. He really played up the Diner scenes. Evil might approve, this could just be the antidote to Scott Pilgrim

I liked Scott Pilgrim but its not as good as Baby Driver, Shaun or Hot Fuzz. I need to see World's End.

Twin Peaks is going great. I have a theory that Lynch is using this series as his farewell to film and television so he can get back to his first love of painting.

Place I'm in sold pretty much the day we listed it. So I get a chunk of cash and I'm looking for a place I can make a lot of noise in and not hear anyone, looking at a professionally sound proofed suite. Expensive which means I have about five months of pillow to put my nose to the grind stone and go full Twitch. Just can't do it in this suite, it's driving me nuts here. But yeah, busy days, probably gunna be ignoring the internet for a good while so this is me telling you that, unlikely obscure. That monster

Apparently, it's a still from the upcoming adaptation of Ready Player One, which was everyone's favorite punching bag in here for at least a month or so at one point.

Can you give me an email or something where I can reach him? I might be in his neck of the woods (vaguely cause I don't know where the fucker lives other than "ontario") and we want to have a cup of tea with him if possible. It's like a once in a lifetime thing we are going to do driving across canada.

I normally catch him on Steam but he's changed his display name so many times I not even sure at this point what to search to add him. I'll see if I can catch next time he's on and let him know you want to talk to him.

Ontario is pretty enormous, but he probably lives in the south. Ask him if he's on ODSP if you ever get the chance. I'm on it too, we could share information about how to survive off a pittance from the government.

Yeah, fourteen hours of driving just in Ontario cause we are taking the northern route. I figure he's in the south and it won't work out cause we are taking the most efficient northern route, sorry Kovich, but if he's anywhere near or can get to Ottawa we can make it happen.

It's supposedly a nice drive across the Canadian outback. You really get an idea of how isolated some communities are up there.

You likely won't make it to the south, but if you do I can recommend some places to see.

Did you see my barge picture, dude, I know about isolated communities lol. We're not going to make it to the south, we absolutely have to be in Nova Scotia by a certain day to catch the ferry to Newfoundland, which only allows for a couple diversions to Ottawa, PEI for the Confederation Bridge, and maybe sleeping a little late in Montreal if we can hook up with Rouge and find a place that makes good cocktails.

I've made it a life goal to never bus anywhere ever again. Drove there with some friends. It rained all day, every day. We almost got hit crossing the street by some idiot turning left, who then got hit by another car not even five feet away from us. The Zombies were kinda boring for half their set. I probably ruined a roll of film. And then some French promotion model shot us down with complete coldness.

The login link should be at the very top right corner of the forum, then you have to click it again after it takes you to the front page, for some reason.
